 PRESSURE BLAST CABINETS
Our Pressure Blast Cabinets are so powerful that most blasting jobs are done at 3 to 4 times the speed of conventional suction blasting systems.
In pressure blasting, a closely regulated media flow is air propelled from a pressure vessel, throught the blast nozzle, and to work surfaces at pressures up to 100psi
Pressure systems are not only fast cutting, but are also designed to provide full, consistent service under the most demanding high production requirements. This technique can give a deep etch or fast cleaning of heavy corroded parts.
Yet the system can also be regulated to give excellent results where low pressure blasting of fine, sensitive items is desired. The high efficient reclaim system allows the use of fine meda with out the carry over of reusable media to the Dust Collector.
A full variety of media will operate in the Series PB (Pressure Blast) Cabinets.
Cabinet: The cabinets are manufactured from carbon steel 2-3mm and forms a free standing structure. All parts are painted PB1200 with Hammer-tone paint. The cabinets are manufactured in four basic Sizes
Dust Collector: All models are supplied with a 200L Drum filter as standard. A Reverse Pulse Cartridge filter can be supplied as an option.
Pressure Blast Pot: Situated below the cabinet hopper to receive reclaimed media is the 20L pressure vessel. The pressure vessel is equipped with media feed valve, air pressure regulator, ON/OFF valve, pressure gauge, and foot operated valve controls the air supply  to the pressure vessel.
Pneumatic controls: All models are fitted with foot operated ON/OFF control.
Shatter Proof Window: Provided is a laminated view window, situated in a convenient viewing window. The PB1800 is provided with two viewing windows as standard.
Work Gloves: Specally designed 680mm Rubber Gloves. The PB1800 has two pairs of gloves as standard.
Lighting: All models have fluorescent lighting. all lights are protected by impact resistant lens.
Work Floor: The floor is steel perforated plate
Access Door: the large access door is hinged on the righ hand side of cabinets with safety door interlocks.
Electrical: A fully wired three pin is wired to the light and aslo supplied with Dust Collector.
