Compressed Air Pre Filter

Skid Mounted Dryers, these units are robustly built and fully transportable for the Blasting, Mining & Construction industries. Compressed air enters a Pre-filter for removal of particles before entering the After Cooler, which lowers the temperature of the compressed air.  Air is then passed through a Stainless Steel coalesor and media bed to knock out and collect the moisture content even further. The air is passed through the holding vessel and then piped into a distribution manifold. Collected moisture is drained via a manual ball valve at the base of the holding vessel.

Features:
    Heavy Duty welded chassis incorporates skid mounting with forklift pockets
    Main Vessel is a registered pressure vessel in accordance with Workcare requirements.
    High efficiency air-cooled heat exchanger. Provides maximum cooling and resist fouling.
    Aluminium fins provide optimum heat transfer and  & header tubes, resist corrosion.
    Fan motor assembly, blows cooling air across the coil with a compact vertical airflow design. Balanced
        fan blades reduce noise and vibration.
    Pneumatic fan motor includes filter, regulator, lubricator and muffler. (Electric motor also available)
    Multiple outlets are supplied fitted with full bore ball valves.
    Installation is via simple pipe work connections.
